Yes, June 18th is National Splurge Day and while it isn’t a Bank Holiday, still try to save this day dedicated to trading yourself to anything that you’ve been wanting or craving for the past half year. There are a lot of things that you can indulge into – food trips, shopping, going on a vacation and many more.

If you are still undecided where to treat yourself, we’ve got you covered. Believe it or not, most female Americans, especially the married ones don’t really splurge on clothing, even if they have the money. June 18th is the best day to treat yourself into a four-season-clothing haul. Not only this will really make you happy, this will definitely be useful for upcoming occasions that may need dressing up.

Summer

Do the summer clothing shopping first. June falls in the Summer Season, and since you want to be out most sunny days, you may run out of good summer clothes to wear. Invest on Summer Dresses, colorful shorts, flip flops and cute bandanas which would not cost you an expensive deal of cash as everything is on light garments.

Fall

After the hot weather from Summer, here comes the picturesque Autumn. As it is probably the coziest season, it’s time to revamp your closet and add some new items that you can wear for Fall. Invest on leather skirts, cropped sweaters, leggings and trench coats as they’re going to be your best friend on every Sunday date or Friday night out.

Winter

Okay, we say winter, I say layering. New York’s temperature can be cruel most of the time especially on this season, so you might want to add a couple new leggings or pants to your closet. New socks and mittens are an absolute must if you will be walking in and out of establishments. If you’re always in the city, it’s time to purchase a new long coat that will accompany you through the thick snow and cold weather.

Spring

And just as Winter passes, spring is reborn. Outdoor colors change from drab to fab. Be prepared to welcome the season with colorful wardrobe. Invest on lightweight and colorful sweaters, floral blouses, and pastel-colored heels. If you’re an office girl, lazy-morning-friendly dresses are your best bet, just add a good blazer and you’re good to go.
