Tinsley Mortimer, socialite and fashionista extraordinaire, has unveiled her fifth collection of handbags for Japanese company Samantha Thavasa.   The line, which is described as “a girly take on ’80s-inspired bags and clutches that would be just as home at a hair metal arena rock show as they would on the set of “Gossip Girl” debuted on July 20th at the stores Madison Avenue boutique.
