1) Always try to wear heels.

2)  Focus on dressing in monochromatic looks to create the illusion of height.  Dresses and suits are great as they often come in monochromatic styles. 

3)  Wear custom made clothing.  The better your clothes fit the better your body will be outlined.  Remember that most clothing is not made for petites and therefore may look big and boxy on a petite body.  Check out AprilMarin.com for some great custommade dresses, suits and jackets.
